Ale Estefanía (born Alejandra Estefanía) is a Mexican fitness influencer, certified trainer and IFBB Bikini Pro known for promoting a healthy lifestyle through social media and online training programs. Originally from Irapuato, Guanajuato, she trained as a lawyer before dedicating herself full-time to fitness. She practiced taekwondo from age 5, eventually representing the state of Guanajuato in national competitions and later teaching the discipline to children. Her transition to fitness began after following women on Instagram who shared their body transformation journeys, which motivated her to focus on weight training. She gained notoriety after winning an activation with the brand Innova Sport, which later sponsored her in campaigns featuring billboards and videos. Today she has nearly 1.5 million followers on Instagram and runs her own digital platform offering training programs, recipe books, athletic apparel and fitness accessories. She currently lives in the Querétaro/CDMX area with her husband and two dogs. Her personal motto is “Athlete by vocation, lawyer by determination.”
