About Aissata Deen Conte
Aissata Denn Conté was born onSeptember 4, 2001in Fria , in a poor family of four children [ 1 ] , [ 2 ] , [ 3 ] .
In 2018, she participated in the Summer Youth Olympics but was eliminated in the 400m [ 4 ] .
She was selected to represent Guinea in the women's 100 metres at the delayed 2020 Summer Games in Tokyo . [ 5 ] The Guinean Ministry of Sports initially withdrew all of its athletes from the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic . However, this decision was reversed two days before the opening ceremony, allowing that country's athletes to compete . [ 6 ] Aissata Denn Conté achieved a personal best time of 12.43 seconds for the 100 metres . [ 7 ] , [ 8 ]
She was selected to join the Olympic Solidarity program , which allowed her to train in France, in particular to prepare for selection for the 2024 Olympic Games [ 1 ]
