It seems like you’re reacting to an old photo of her. She’s actually much slimmer now, she’s had some procedures like liposuction and has been using Ozempic, so there’s literally no fat left on her arms, legs, or waist. The 154 lbs claim isn’t unrealistic for her current physique.
