Clone her for future generations? I'm quite sure cosmetic surgery isn't inherited genetically - such Lamarckian notions have been debunked long over a century. It's also entirely possible that future cultures will have different body ideals and aesthetic norms to our own, rendering such an investment redundant at best and unworkable at worst. These immediate problems only scratch the surface of the issue, since the ethical implications of producing a sentient human for the sole purpose of sexual entertainment render the idea nothing short of abhorrent.

Still, I was typing that with one hand... if you see what I mean ;)
