Rachel Aziani (born November 21, 1968) is an American adult model and porn star known for her large formerly natural breasts. In newer pictures, it is evident that she has had breast augmentation surgery. She has posed for both softcore and hardcore pictorials and videos on her own web site and many others. Aziani's husband "Buzz" is her only male costar.

Buzz originally photographed female models for other websites. After watching him work for a year or so, Rachel decided to step in front of the cameras and become a model herself. She attained enough success and enjoyed the work enough to start her own website in 1999, originally calling herself (and the site) Busty Rachel.
On Aziani's biography page, she states:
