Biography 
Monika Hájková (born April 14, 1977) is a Czech freelancer model. She is known under many aliases, but is easily recognisable by a dolphin tattoo on her left ankle.
Hájková is originally from Prague, Czech Republic, and has a degree in Economics. She started modelling around 1994. She has posed many times for award-winning glamour and nature photographer J. Stephen Hicks, and has graced the covers of many adult magazines and online publishers’ websites. She was Penthouse Pet for the Month of October 2002.
In many of her photosets she has appeared together with her steady picture-partner Adriana Málková (also known as Denisa or Ariela).
In 1997 she appeared in three adult films under the alias of Katty Mass in explicit solo and girl-girl scenes, but otherwise she stands out as a glamour soft-core solo and girl-girl model with natural beauty.
Hájková together with her sister Gabriela Hájková decided to stop modelling in May 2003, but from July 2005 she once again started accepting photoshoot offers when given very attractive payments.
