Leigh Anderson was an American Penthouse model. She was born on December 14, 1966 in Laurel, Mississippi, United States. She was chosen as Penthouse Pet of the Month in September 1994. Leigh was 27 when she became a Penthouse Pet.

Leigh worked as both a model and in public relations for the company General Media International, Inc. She was the former girlfriend of professional boxer Vinny Pazienza, who she first met while working as a dancer at a nightspot in Miami. In addition, Anderson also studied at the Covenant Treasure Institute. She died at the tragically young age of 47 in Bal Harbour, Florida.
