Krista Ayne

Born and raised in New York City, Krista Ayne was exposed to the performing arts from an early age. Her parents fostered her early interests in entertaining and by the age of 6 Krista was engaged full time in her first love - dancing. Noticed by a modeling agent, Krista did her first modeling job at the age of 9. However, it wasn't until high school that Krista began to materialize her love for acting. Interested only in dancing, Krista auditioned for her high school’s production of Fiddler on the Roof. To her surprise, she was cast in the lead female role. It was during this experience that Krista’s ambitions toward acting had ripened, and her passion flourished.

After being selected to model by REDKEN for a show at 19, doors had opened and Krista’s career as a model and actress began to take off. In the past six years, she has graced the covers of several magazines and has appeared in numerous television shows, independent and studio films, popular music videos, fashion shows and a diverse collection of print and commercial advertisements. In early 2007, Krista was proudly named Penthouse Magazine's 2007 Pet of the Year Runner Up, a major endorsement of her beauty and appeal on a national scale.

Having worked with such entertainers as 50 Cent, Bon Jovi, Usher and the Counting Crows, Krista has been fortunate to showcase her talent as a dancer, actor, and an undeniable beauty in popular music videos. As the lead female and Jesse McCartney’s love interest in Beautiful Soul - an MTV TRL top-10 video for fifty straight weeks - Krista gained the national exposure she needed to spark her TV career. She soon played host to Fuse TV's popular "Pants Off Dance Off", and became Spike TV's "Bikini Pool Shark". Krista also made appearances on shows like Sex and the City, Law & Order, The Sopranos and landed a recurring role on the popular television series, Ed.

With experience in television and music videos, Krista has also enjoyed opportunities on the big screen. Having appeared in such studio films as Mona Lisa Smile, The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Last Kiss. In 2006, Krista appeared in Kettle of Fish, which played at the TriBeCa Film Festival. Krista recently completed work on scenes for the independent films, Rockaway and Bad Biology, which will be released later this year.
