Ida Hulkko is a Finnish swimmer specializing in the breaststroke. Hulkko won silver in the 50 metre breaststroke at the 2020 European Aquatics Championships, setting a national record in the process. At the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Hulkko progressed to the semi-finals in the Women's 100 metre breaststroke event after setting a national record in her heat. Before the games, she also swam for the Florida State Seminoles of NCAA Division I.
Her father is a Finnish Army general Petri Hulkko.
