At 5, Elena started meditating. Her U.S. National coaches showed her how to visualize and be calm. This improved her performance. 🧘‍♀️⛸️

She has travelled and worked around the world, collaborating with mindful artists and learning different forms of mindful body movement. Elena has a degree in Buddhism and Traditional Chinese Medicine from UC Berkeley, and she is also a certified astrologer and sound healer.

Elena's mission is to bring a gentle, safe, and simple approach to meditation, helping people to connect with their inner wisdom and radiance. She teaches meditation at Unplug Meditation, a popular studio in LA.

She is also a successful model who has appeared in various magazines, commercials, and music videos. Elena has a gorgeous figure and a captivating smile that can light up any room.
