Deborah Barrese is an Australian actress and sketch comedian of Maltese descent, she is best known for her role as Tiffany in the first season on the TV crime drama series Underbelly (2008), which she appeared nude in a sex scene during episode 7.
Since 2020, Deborah is known for creating and starring as the comedy character Carmen The Maltese in many comedy sketch videos on YouTube, as well as occasionally appearing as herself (as Carmen's granddaughter) in several of the sketches.
