Bianca Bustamante is a Filipino race car driver who has gained recognition in international motorsport. She began her racing career in karting, where she achieved success in national and international competitions.
In 2022, Bianca transitioned to single-seater racing by joining the W Series, an all-female racing championship.
Bianca is involved in advocacy work, supporting initiatives that encourage young girls to pursue careers in STEM and motorsport.
She is the first woman to join McLaren's Driver Development Program.
