Annina Ucatis (born December 22, 1978 in Bremerhaven, Germany) is a German porn star, television personality, and former real-estate agent.

Annina Ucatis was born and grew up in the small port city of Bremerhaven in northwestern Germany. After graduating from school, Ucatis studied economics and became a property clerk and real estate agent. Soon later after her breast implants surgeries, Ucatis began working as a model also. As a model, Ucatis posed for pictorials and hosted German erotic peep shows.

On the personal side, Ucatis also wanted to have large breasts and has admitted that she is addicted to plastic surgery. Ucatis was a natural C cup. In 2004, Ucatis had her first breast augmentation with 500 cc of silicone in each breasts, this made her a D cup. In 2005, Ucatis had her second breast augmentation with 700 cc of silicone in each breasts, this made her a DD cup. Ucatis wanted another breast augmentation, however she was denied by German surgeons. Ucatis traveled to Spain for her third and last augmentation, that took her to a G cup, with over 1,400 cc of silicone in each breast.

In 2007, Ucatis was fired from her real-estate job, because her breasts were too big and she was damaging the company's image. According to Ucatis, her clients had no problem with her having such large breasts.

After the firing, Ucatis gained worldwide attention in the news and became a big bust porn star. Ucatis starred in her first hardcore movie Das Promiluder in 2007. The first and the second hardcore movies were produced by the German company Videorama. Further movies were produced by the German company Magma. These were Annina Superstar which was released in March 2008, Annina's Sex Talk (release date: July 2008) and the latest movie Fast & Sexy (release date: November 2008). At the end of 2008, Ucatis went to the Bahamas and did 2 hardcore scenes for the company Score.

In January 2009, Ucatis joined the German edition of the reality show Big Brother. On the show, Ucatis was shown naked while taking a shower, and also had sex with her love interest, Sascha Sirtl. The show producers used Ucatis' sexy image at times to boost ratings for the show. Ucatis left the show in April 2009. After leaving Big Brother, Ucatis began dating Sirtl. So, RTL launched a Big Brother spin-off reality show called Annina and Sascha In Love in 2010, which followed daily life of the couple.

A new real estate themed reality TV show starring Annina premiered in March 2012. It is called “Buy, Rent, Live” and is focused on Annina trying to sell houses and flats much in the same way she did before becoming a famous porn star.

“It feels like déjà vu. The last time I worked as a broker in 2007“, Ucatis said in an interview. “There are new real estate laws but easy to understand after a short time. The sales pitches and professional competence comes back quickly with good preparation. It’s like riding a bike!”

In the fall of 2012, Ucatis began to date German real estate mogul Theodor Semmelhaack, who was nearly 20 years her senior. On March 2, 2013, Ucatis and Semmelhaack got married in a Las Vegas wedding chapel. In the year 2021 they were divorced. In November 2022 she began a relationship with the politician Hagen Reinhold (FDP). At the same time she started her political carrier and announced her candidature to the town hall elections for 2023.
