Ahmo Hight (born in Newport Beach, California), is an American fitness model, swimsuit model and actress. She first rose to prominence in winning the 1994 Ms Fitness USA tournament, after which she began modelling for fitness and muscle magazines. In 1997, she launched an acting career and has since appeared in a number of made-for-video and made-for cable films, mostly of softcore erotica genre. She also appeared in several videos produced by Playboy magazine. She also appeared opposite Anna Nicole Smith in the faux documentary Anna Nicole Smith Exposed, as well as episodes of the television series Pacific Blue and Hotel Exotica.

Ahmo etc.------It is such a shame that someone like you and all your "friends" have no problem with the FACT that you are all, because of your "profession", helping to destroy families across America and the whole world. Because husbands are so focused in on all of your bodies and inappropriate pictures they can't even give the love to their wives like they should and give them their whole selves as God intended. It is a shame that you would all sacrifice your souls for a bunch of pictures and films to degrade yourselves and actually belittle the lives of families everywhere. Satan uses all of you and your whole industry to destroy families. Of course it is the men's faults who look...they have the major responsibility but you all create the tools to destroy! I feel sorry for you all...and though often times many of you say well it's just the "ugly"girls that say things like that...let me make it clear...I am NOT what others would consider "that"! I am also a beautiful blonde, with amazing eyes, I may not have a fitness model figure but I am a mother of three amazing children, very sexy, and still turn heads wherever I go....but that is not what life is about....my husband and I have been on the verge of divorce because of his infidelity and side life of pornography. He has had a whole other life that has been destroying our family, certainly me as his wife, and himself from the inside out! And NO!!! we do not lack in the bedroom....I am writing this to you because I cannot write it to everyone who is involved in this industry...and you are one of my husband's "favorite's" to look at...so directly...you personally and your "job" have had a direct impact on trying to destory my family. He is in counseling, we are in counseling, he has resigned his positions at church etc. etc. I hope that you are okay with the destruction that you are contributing to...otherwise someday it will eat away at your soul.....from now on I will be praying for you and 'Your friends" that you will realize that all you are doing is creating destruction you and your industry are now..."My enemy" and I am supposed to pray for you because of that fact! You can be beautiful and take beautiful pictures without destroying your self esteem and the lives of homes everywhere. You should be proud of the beautiful creation God made in you...and if you happened to be made in an image that seems also beautiful to this world (as I have as well) then use it for good and not evil. Show the world the good and beautiful inside of you Ahmo....you could even be the seed that could shape and change your whole industry if you choose to use your life in that way....what a tragedy...Hopefully my marriage will survive...and my children will still have a Dad ( a decent one) that they can be proud of in all areas of his life. Perhaps you may never read this but I hope you do....I read the comments to you above and on another site that were sent to you...why would you want to spend your life with creepy guys that you don't even know saying such nasty things to you....what a shame...I will be praying that God will change your heart and mind and heal the brokenness you must feel deep within and I will be diligently praying for the families and wives and children that you and your industry are destroying....H
